Delivery Information
All of our products include free delivery within the mainland UK, a Saturday delivery option is also available for aprice of £15. For areas outside of the UK, such as Scotland, Wales or Ireland delivery make take slightly longer or incur additional charges; please call us if you are unsure.
If no-one is in when the delivery is made, our couriers will attempt re-delivery for two consective days before returning the item to the depot, so after this you will need to contact the depot to arrange collection. After 5 working days, if the depot has not heard anything they willreturn the item to us, which may incur extra shipping costs.
After your order has been dispatched, an e-mail with the tracking information will be sent, so that you can track your order. Rapid AV cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our courier’s or a 3rd party after the point of dispatch (i.e when it leaves the warehouse)
Unfortunately, compensation cannot be offered under any circumstance if, you have either missed the delivery or it has not arrived on time, and it cannot be offered to any persons who have taken the day of workin order to receive the item.
If you think there may be a problem obtaining the item from your home address we recommend that you have the parcel sent elsewhere, such as a work address which you can choose during the checkout process, and if you later decide to change the address please give us a call and we should be able to rectify this information.
Please note there are small surcharges for Northern Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, and Channel Island deliveries - these will be shown to you during the checkout process.
