If you receive a damaged product orare unhappy with the product that you have received, or the product you havereceived is unsuitable, then we are happy to refund or replace the item. It isimportant that you call us as soon as possible so that our sales team canidentify any problems that you have, our sales team is also happy to provideany technical information you may need and instructions on how to fit your Monitor Mount.

If you should decide that you want toreturn your order then please call us on 01173302277, we are currently openfrom we are open from Monday to Thursdays from 9.30 amto 5.20 pm, and 9.30 am till 4.30 pm on Fridays. If we are unavailable when youcall then you can leave on message and we will try and call you back as soon as possible.

After you have called us, our returns departmentwill issue you with a returns number that you have to reference inside the boxso that we can know from who the bracket has come from.
